I really enjoy the Snap Kitchen meals, but I am most impressed with the customer service. Everyone I've encountered at this location is so friendly and helpful. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to give a shout out to these employees. Great job!
I had two different times where my food did not get delivered. The first time was due to weather, which I completely understand. However; the second time customer service could not give me a reason why it did not get delivered. After i asked for a refund they said, it was due to delivery company being backed up. Not until i reached out to them, is when they let me know what was going on...this is unacceptable service, specially if someone is budgeting their food weekly and you say nothing until i reach out to you for status. The customer service chat people said i would get my refund 5-10 business days later, as if i paid 5-10 business later after my meals got delivered. That’s a comment/script that is always used, they have issued a refund in the past and was credited immediately since it was a debit transaction. I can’t do business with an unreliable company like this.
The guy was bullying me. I asked to go to the toilet and he said only with masks... and that sorry, it is the law. Well, I know places with excellent customer services. Why would I come here again?
Great food and customer service! I wish there were more options. I get a little tired eating the same thing all the time. I also wish they went back to the old loyalty program where you got points for dollars spent. Now you only get points if you refer people.
Fresh ingredients and really great seasoning. Employees are friendly. It’s not cheap to do snap but it’s worth it when busy with work.
