Took almost an hour for the delivery to arrive when I live just around the corner. On top of that the driver proceeds to tell me that my apartment number does not exist and has been looking the whole time. I gave exact instructions on where to go and how to find me. I called and gave directions again but he hung up on me and threw my order against my door. I contacted the store manager, Alfonso and he completely dismissed my qualm, only to pretty much call me a liar. We still have yet to hear from the general manager. Plus the order was incomplete to top it all off. Nine thumbs down.
Update: I did get through eventually, and I increased the review by one star. I've had inconsistent experiences with this store. Simply put, your mileage may vary.
