Quick, responsive and a thorough explanation of work that is done. As a homeowner, it’s always good to have detailed information about the issues found and options plus expected costs. I’ve contacted 1st home and commercial to do some major plumbing work at my home and they have been a good and responsive team. I would recommend them to friends and family as a go-to home repair company that is fair, reliable and professional.

1st Home & Commercial Services did a great job getting my tankless water heater replaced after the big 2021 ice storm. Like many folks in Austin we were without hot water for several weeks as plumbers scrambled to get hot water heaters delivered and installed. We had called three other plumbers and were not able to get anything scheduled with them, even the plumber that did all our plumbing and AC work when we built our home. Paul, their operations manager, did a great job finding us a heater and he personally installed it! We are so thankful we didn't have to wait longer to get hot water. I highly recommend them.

Ryan was very knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the issues to me. He repaired the problem promptly, and the cost of the service was well under what was previously quoted. Would definitely recommend this service company for any repairs or maintenance that you might need!!!

1st Home & Commercial Services did an excellent job of helping me after the big ice storm. They scheduled me quickly, came as scheduled, followed Covid protocols, and repaired hard to reach leaks and damaged faucets. Crystal and Jennifer were so kind to me on the phone and Dominic and Zach were very easy work with. Dominic was very knowledgeable and that made a lot of difference. I am already scheduling more work.

Dominic was very professional, helpful, and courteous. He fixed our burst pipes from the cold weather quickly and diligently. I would happily use this service again and would recommend this him and this company to friends.
