02/22/2021 thanks to a terrible winter storm we had water pipes break. Fox team arrived as fast as they could. Steve arrived to take care of the pipes and get the water back online. Fox team has always provided outstanding support and service. We will continue using Fox Services for all our home maintenance needs. Thanks Team!!nnIn April 2017, Cody arrived to ensure our A/C was working properly. He was the most professional service tech that we have ever encountered. He explained every detail and provided us with valuable information regarding our system and ways to improve its efficiency. Great job Cody.

Stetson came out this morning to take care of an electrical project in our master bathroom. What a fine representative of Fox Service Company! We will definitely request him for any electrical work in the future. His phone manner when he called was excellent, and he was the nicest person we've had as a worker in our home. We felt very confident of his expertise in the electrical field. Stetson rocks!

Stetson did a great job with our annual electrical inspection. He explained exactly what he would be checking and why, putting everything in context so that I had plenty of information to weigh any future decisions.nnOn the same day, Wayland inspected our furnace and let me know about a few issues that we may need to address in the future. I appreciated his full explanation and recommendations. Both of these gentlemen were impressive in their knowledge, careful in how they communicated their findings, and utterly professional.

I used Fox Service Company to do some electrical work around my pool and deck after we got rid of the hot tub. My electrician, Stetson, was great all around. It was refreshing to work with someone like Stetson who takes a lot of pride in their work. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the great work, Stetson. I'm looking forward to having you tackle more projects we have coming up.

Once again Fox Service Company came through with flying colors. Like thousands of others I had a busted water pipe due to the extreme cold. I felt fortunate to get an estimated service call for four days after I called, but was pleasantly surprised when my service technician, Jeremy, called two days before the scheduled appointment to say he was available. I can't say enough good about Jeremy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Super nice guy. I've been doing business with Fox Service for over 25 years. They've never let me down. They'll continue to be by go to company for AC, Heating, and Plumbing service. Five star rating definitely deserved.
