I can’t say enough great things about Karen, David, and this company! Extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, honest, professional and reasonable, they are the best. Besides being good people, they have many years of expertise. Do yourself a favor and call them for any electric work you need.

Responded to my issue with professionalism. Clearly broke down the issue with the lighting fixture and wiring. They made the repairs immediately and resolved my issues. I felt they did a great job educating me on what caused the problem. I would recommend them. They were also the most reasonable I found when checking for quotes on service calls.

I called for a breaker that wasn’t working, they sent someone out that day. They identified the problem and ordered the breaker they needed. No charge at that time and they came back in a couple of days to reinstall on time as planned. In addition to replacing the breaker, they gave details on the problem and tightened all the screws and checked the wires in my electrical box. They have also done work for some neighbors and my brother all have had great experiences with them. Highly recommend!!

Not happy with this company, we hired them to replace a electric panel that had a couple breakers burn up. They were able to obtain permit and replace electric box located on the out side of our house in the time they said. Unfortunately one of the breakers did not work after they installed the panel. The tech offered to take a look and see why one of the circuits did not work. Unfortunately our bill jumped about 25%/30%. Not sure how they came to such a exorbitant price when he only looked for about 10 minutes and could not figure out why the circuits did not work. Unfortunately A One Electric failied to reattached the grounding cable to the foundation and we got charged extra for them to take a quick look. Tried to figure out why the billed jumped so high and did not give any real response aside that’s the bill. I would not recommend A one Electric, they are not upfront about their prices and they don’t pay attention to details. Not sure how city of austin code dept passed our house with out a ground cable being attached to the foundation.

Karen was very responsive, they were available next day. David did a wonderfully efficient, clean job on our kitchen electrical project. I found both very engaging and professional. I will definitely use them again!
