We have ordered from the Domino’s Pizza on Legacy in White Settlement since it opened. Until last fall, we never had any issues. A few times we ordered online, our delivery took over two hours.nnLast week, I placed an order online. About 30 min after, I received a call from them saying it would be over two hours because of staffing issues.nnLast night, we placed an order for pick up, thinking this would be much faster. I showed up about 45 min after order was placed. I entered to pick up my order and was immediately addressed in a harsh tone “sir, do you have a mask?” I said “no, I forgot it... I’m here to pick up my order that was already paid for”.nnTexas has removed the mask mandate. I realize each business has the right to enforce their own policy.nnAfter that brief exchange, the young pizza guy said sorry we can’t help you.ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cnnAt this time my blood began to boil. A lady working there asked me which car I was in and they would bring it out.nn40 min later, they brought my order out.nnOver an hour since order was placed.nnI’m done with this Domino’s and will never order there again. Furthermore, I will let everyone I know about my experience with this franchise!

Ordered. Pizza never came. Waited up for an hour assuming they must have been busy, but they never delivered the pizzas. No call. No message. Nothing. Store was closed by then, so nobody was there to answer the phone. I think that deserves 0 stars.

Multiple issues with this location, long delivery times and messed up orders. All you get in return is points for a free medium size 2 topping pizza, even when they screwed up your order for 2 large pizzas and sides. My most recent order today I did not receive my 2 marinaras I paid $1 for. Always says Efren is making my pizzas and I don't know if that's true but it seems this store lacks leadership and organization. I have only returned because the pizza hut across the way is worse and these are the closest outlets for pizza near my house. I urge you to order elsewhere if you don't want to deal with a hassle.

We've only used this location for delivery through online. 4 stars because our pizza is never hot unlike their competitors. Unsure why, we feel like they deliver within reasonable time. We've had our first mishap tonight where our sauces weren't delivered with our order, but driver did go back and bring the sauce (and an additional) on a 2nd trip in a timely matter. My pregnant wife appreciated that greatly. Never have issue reaching through to management via phone. All drivers we have interacted with have been clean and kind people. We love the thin crust at Dominos and will continue to use this location for future purchases.
