This is my second time coming to this location since I’ve moved to the area. I contemplated writing a review the first time I visited. However, I thought to myself I should give them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was just a bad day. My initial visit I was the only customer and neither of the employees greeted me as I walked in. I let it go, I get to the register to order to be greeted with silence and a head nod by the heavier set Asian guy that I assumed meant to tell him what I wanted to order. My second visit which happens to be today Monday 04/05/21 I arrived around 1:20pm same guy took my order while he and 2 other female co workers made smoothies. I waited in the lobby after ordering and watched them make 8 peoples smoothies who came in after me. Same guy who took my order noticed I was still sitting in the corner instead of acknowledging and apologizing to me he upsizes my smoothie which I did not ask for nor appreciate due to me being on a strict diet. I would’ve appreciated a sincere apology and better customer service. I’m leaving now at 1:50pm while other customers were in and out as if my order wasn’t a priority. Yes if you’re wondering I was the only black customer... Wouldn’t necessarily say the employees intentionally did that but after my second visit that’s the conclusion I’ve come to. Will not be back to this location.
I go to this location quite often since it’s close to where I work out. But it’s always only 1 person working when there’s a lobby full of customers. Half the times when I do “Online Pick-up” it’s never ready on time. If they had more employees it would be better. Smoothies are good though.
This location is not hard to find at all. My drink was wonderful, I absolutely enjoyed it, so did my daughter! The wait was a little long. The dude at the counter seemed I guess you can say ehhhh not too friendly but it's cool my drink was delicious!
Always a good experience everytime I go. Friendly, quick, and clean. would recommend for a healthy treat with plenty of options.
We try to always use online ordering so our smoothies are ready when we arrive and I don’t have to get my toddler out of the car. Our orders are almost never ready on time at this location, but today they didn’t even start my order until I went up to counter to ask if they had received it. After looking the orders over not only did she not apologize for the wait, she just said “yep.” If you aren’t going to start making the order until someone comes in to see if you’ve received the order then it doesn’t make sense to offer online ordering or curbside. My order was promised to be ready at 12:35. They didn’t even start making it until after that, and I watched from my car as they started orders of people who walked in well after I placed my app order. My son’s smoothie was ready at 12:47 but then they made four walk in orders before I got my smoothie at 12:56 and I only got it after going up and asking a second time if someone was working on my second smoothie for my order. She went and looked around and got it off the counter. It was sitting there ready to go, but no one bothered to get it to the pick up area. We won’t be coming back to this location.
