Tried to have food delivered to the office. The driver got out of his car, walked halfway to the door, turned around and got back in his car..???! Like.. why? He tried to call but we missed the call and when I called back literally a couple minutes later, the driver is insistent that he couldn’t get in the building. There are witnesses that say he didn’t even try to open the door or knock. The security guard WATCHED HIM carry the food halfway, say something to some random guy, and turn around and drive off. This is an office building, maybe don’t take the word of some random guy standing outside? Anyway, when the store finally answered the phone, they said it would be another 30-40 minutes.. even though he was literally just here. Terrible customer service insinuating that we are lying. Better check your delivery drivers

Another order that was incorrect. Sandwich wrong, pasta with no sauce, and didn't receive the cheesy bread, but they included the extra charge marinara sauce! That pretty much sums it up, right? No one answers the phone when you call the store. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone! Stay away!

This Domino’s is the best. They always put cheese on the whole pizza so you never have one of those weird bubble slices with no cheese and they put garlic butter on the crust. Oh and the staff acknowledges you when you walk in the door so you don’t have to wait around the lobby while people walk by pretending like you’re not there.

We were staying at the Fairfield Inn on Houston St and had a long day of cheer followed by exploring the Stockyards. Came back to the hotel and collapsed so went online and ordered Domino’s a tad late in the evening. Our order was made super fast, fresh and delivered quickly and everything was amazing especially the super fresh, cold and crunchy garden salad we ordered! Our driver Francisco, knocked on the door and literally ran down the hall to give space with the delivery. I am beyond impressed with the food quality and personal service. I only wish I had a picture to post of the food but the food was consumed so quickly I never had a chance. I highly recommend this Dominos ud83dudc9c
