Ordered delivery at about 1030p, 1230a I still don't have my food. I drive to the location to catch the delivery driver walking in, he checks and tells me he doesn't have an order for me. He checks again and tells me my order has been canceled and voided and will be on my card in a few days. And if that doesn't happen, call the store and the mgr will be sure to refund me. I was never notified of any cancelation or any event that the driver couldn't make it. I asked for a receipt of the voided transaction and they are scrambling to get one. He says they have to go through the credit card reports to get me a receipt of the voided transaction. I'll be contacting corporate in the morning, since they stole my money.

This was a horrible experience.nWe ordered online and asked for delivery. Our order said it would take 30-40 minutes to be delivered. Our order was cooked and prepared and then said it was in quality check for over 30 minutes. I called the store to see if we could be refunded delivery and we would just come pick up our selves. I sat on hold for 10 minutes when I finally decided to hang up the phone because no one was answering. My order arrived and as you can imagine was cold and not fresh. I was missing the marinara I paid extra for.nThis was a bad experience and I would not recommend this location.

I used to hate dominos but they have redeemed themselves. The pizza used to taste like cardboard seriously. But now it’s very good. The wings were really good as well. This is a place you should visit and eat at.

I ordered a pizza from the Dominos on Bryant Irvin. When I opened the box I was shocked to see that a piece was missing.nI called the manager and she made me feel like I was crazy and said she asked all the delivery guys if they took a piece of my pizza but they said no which made me feel even more crazy. She ended up saying she’ll credit my order next time but that was a waste because I’ll never eat there again. I wanted my money back.nIf she couldn’t even offer to deliver me a new pizza then what makes me think they are really practicing safe handling during this pandemic?nI just hope and pray no one sneezed on it or had covid and was asymptomatic!!!.nnNEVER WILL I EAT THERE AGAIN!!

I don't even care so much about the wait, it happens, it takes time for drivers to get places. The pizzas I get are fine too. The phone lines and organization are unbelievably bad though.....a corporate call center first? Really? Then when you get connected to the store you sit on hold for nearly 10minutes? How do you not pick up the phone for nearly 10 minutes at a pizza shop? I also was not given 3 of my drinks because they were out of water. Driver calls me and says I have to call the store. Call the store and they say the driver is gone, driver show's up without the drinks. No offer made by the store to give me ar replacement item
