This Pizza hut is poorly managed.nWe put our order @ 5: 01 at 5:50 we called 1st timenWe were told that the driver left at 5:40 we give them the benefit of the doubt we call the second timenNow this is 6:30 we were told they were going to contact a driver well they put the phone down we hear all kinds of ruckus driver calls back they already delivered it but they delivered it to the wrong address manager says that the drivers old he can't see so what would we like a refund or to send out another order by this time it's around two and a half hours not much we could do so at 7:15 they send out another order so it's already 8:01 and we have yet received any food I tried calling the store I get to different transfers and then put mail hold and the phone hangs up like I said this restaurant at this location as poorly managed and I will never order from this location so now Saturday morning I'm going to have to call corporate or call to get my money back from something that I paid and never received

Horrible customer service. Received a text stating food was on the way over 30 minutes later still have not received.call store to ask about it continue to say we don't give refunds we can give you a store credit. Explain what not like a store credit if food is not here or cold would like my money back. Person at the store huffed and puffed on the phone then finally put the manager on the line.when I asked the manager how much longer she stated she didn't know all she know is it left the store.she finally called the driver asked him how much longer he said 5 minutes that was 15 minutes ago. Worst store I've ever had to deal with

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. I placed an order online and it said 40 minutes delivery. I call after an hour and the lady on the phone tell me that she doesn’t know what’s going on, she was very rude, no apology nothing. They did not even bother calling me to let me know.n1st try and definitely last one

All instructions where followed. Pizza was made correctly, showed up hot, and came on time! No complaints. :)

They have a drive thru. Very convenient. I give 4 stars because although I placed my order for carry out it still took them too long to complete my order. She gave us a free cookie and cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon sticks where old and hard. Be prepared if visting this location.
