Sandwich was made incorrect and when asked to fix it they handed me the missing ingredients in a open wrapper and said I could do it myself. If I wanted to make myself a sandwich I would have... wait, I'm married.. I don't make my own sandwiches.nKiddingnBut seriously they are rude and don't make your order correct. Same problem for my coworker. Skip this place. Fire house is right next door.

The sandwiches are GREAT! The restaurant (take-out only at this time) is VERY CLEAN. The service is EXCELLENT! The crew works very well together.nAll three people helped me decide what to get since it is my first visit. They could not have been more helpful or nice.nThe Lettuce is not only thoughtfully shredded but they actually make sure it is dry so as not to serve a soggy sandwich. I haven't gotten that ANYWHERE!nThe turkey and roast beef were fresh and tasty! And the amount of avocado was just right.nThe oatmeal raisin cookies are really good, got a few of them.nThanks to the crew that was so kind to me on a very hot and hungry afternoon and made my first JJ's experience the one that will keep me coming back!

The business prides itself on speed. Had I known there was an extra long wait for a sandwich I would have ordered food somewhere else

This Jimmy John's location just can't get it together. They always mess my order up. This time I ordered two sandwiches. Both to be cut in half. Neither were. Mine was no cheese add avocado. I got cheese and no avocado. I am very curious to see what my wife's has.
