Terrible experience. Extremely rude young manager. Issac. I’m a devoted jimmy John customer. This place is AWFUL. No need to provide customer service because of its location. To TCU. It also needs to be cleaned. Nasty. I’d try the pizza joint next door. So so so nice and the pizza was great. Jimmy John’s at TCU was the WORST
Never had a problem with this particular Jimmy John's. I place my order for pickup, walk in to pick it up, and I'm off to eat it. Employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always exactly how I ordered. With their rewards program, there is almost no reason not to eat here.
I didn't eat here, not sure why I was asked about my experience. I've opted not to patronize this business after learning more about the CEO's actions.
They are awesome!
Ordered a ham and turkey sub and the turkey was spoiled, called back to inform the store and all they said was ok
