Staff called me an a-hole and flipped me off in front of my wife and two toddlers because I didn’t wear a mask when picking up a pizza in the automated kiosk. The county judge had lifted the mask mandate 4 days prior. I was in the store for less than 45 seconds. High class place ud83dude02
I ordered a pizza via door dash and I am very unsatisfied I order one pizza thinking the employees who work there could do their job n make it correctly....I ordered a slice n stick which was made like a cheese pizza n not the slice n sticks it had none of the seasoning that were supposed to be on it I called the store and was on hold 15 mins and couldn't get thru to anyone so I called and called nobody answers will be calling tomorrow to get my refund and not only that the pizza was not fresh and or cut properly the pizza did not look good at all my little sister was very upset because she wanted to pay for dinner and then she received a pizza she didn't even want to eat because how unappealing it looked
Customer service wasn't friendly at all. I walked in, guy said what can I get you... absolutely nothing after that. Took my money, handed me change, gave pizza, went to the back. I stood there thinking he was going to get something and come back. Nope. That was it.
First time I’ve been in there. I will go back. They were amazing!!
The people here are always very polite, and the wait isn't usually long. Make sure to order your pizza online in advance for the smoothest experience! Never had an issue with the pizza here, it's always been great.
