Placed a delivery order an hour and a half ago. Called to check on the status of my order because it had been awhile, and was informed “we tried to call you twice because we don’t have any delivery drivers”. I get stuff happens and staffing can be an issue, but why was delivery an option if you can’t fulfill it?nnAlso I was informed by the team member that they had tried to call me twice to see if I wanted to pickup instead, and I never received a phone call. And they decided to wait until AFTER the hour and a half wait to cancel my order. I never received an email, text, or phone call about this order, only to have to call myself to find out it was cancelled.

I've already paid for my pizza online around 11pm and it didn't select delivery so when I called to make sure I would get it delivered, after my card was charged twice I was told I couldn't get a delivery in my apartment complex due to an employee being mugged here. My feelings were hurt but I asked for a refund ,he said OK but it would take 3-5 days for my $15 bucks back ugh. Please of there are places that can not be delivered to after sun set please set your website accordingly so no one else has to wait to get there money back and be pizzaless.nnUpdate: great pizza and customer now.

Ordered a pizza online right at around 9pm Saturday night for delivery. Got all the way to quality check at 9:29 and sat there for an hour. I called and was told the last driver left at 11.......Why even have the option for delivery? Where was my phone call? The last time this happened I got my food after it sat in a warmer for 2 hours. THANKS DOMINO'S! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SAID NO ONE EVER!

Canceled my order after making me wait for over 2 hours. No phone call or text or email. Ordered at 7:41 pm. 10pm I went to the actual location to be told it was canceled. At 8:45 Called 3 times and was hung up on. Called again and they answered but told me they were really busy. So at 9:55 I called them again. And actually made it to the store and was still on the phone with them standing inside their store. Not a single one of the 5 employees made any attempt to answer the phone. Manager was a complete a##hole and was clueless. Will never order from Dominos Pizza again.
