We did 5 orders online and we get there to pick them up just to tell us that they don't have any bread. How is this possible? They didn't do anything to make it right. Horrible experience
My favorite sandwich shop! I'm so glad they're open again!
There was a miscommunication on my to go order that I didn’t notice until I had left the establishment. When I called back to ask them to make another sandwich, the employee kept repeating that they had made what I ordered. I patiently tried to explain to him where the miscommunication took place, and ask him to please make another one. He snapped at me and said “don’t talk to me like I’m stupid“. Not the kind of service I expect, and I would not recommend eating here.

this place is consistent, from the time the app says out for delivery to actual delivery 50min. The bread is always hard/stale. Only happens from this store. I eat a lot of Jimmy Johns, and every where else no problems. I spoke to a guy claiming to be the GM, I understand why this store has issues. I will pass on ordering from this store while at the office and recommend others do same. Shame it has to be this way but that's how the guy I spoke with the GM wants it. Google forces 1 star but it's a participation star.
