Great service. I had the pleasure to be greeted by Ronyel and she was amazing. Made me feel like my belongings would be safe.
I give this property a 5 star review because even though i had an issue with my orginal storage unit the property manager was very helpful got me into a new unit immediately and was very helpful and reassuring for me. Also she is very communicative and very helpful with resolving any issues i have had. Would highly recommend this property!!!! Thank you!!
Ron-Yell is such a sweet young lady. She is always so helpful, has a kind word and a smile, (before the whole mask thing lol). She personalizes with her customers and treats them like family. When I walk in to make a payment or ask about my account she already has it pulled up. Where else can you get that type of service? I mean, who does that?! I would reveiw the whole staff, but she's the only one I ever see there. The service here is awesome!! I highly recommend this location!
