They can't seem to be in the office during office hours. I went to pay my bill on 11/2, the posted hours said 9:30 am opening. 2 hours later they were still closed, yet there was someone in the building next to it with their kids refusing to answer the door. This is not the first time either. Yes, I could pay over the phone, but I am NOT paying an additional $10 for their convenience fee. Some convenience...lol. This will be my last month here. I will not be handing over an extra $120/year to pay over the phone.
Love being here. Dena is a pleasure and pleasant person to deal with. Very clean facility. Highly recommend this location.
I have just rented this unit, so far everything is fine. Will give a more in depth review later.
