Superior service from Nexus Electrical. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful in setting appointment. Our Technician was timely, very courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable and proficient. He installed outdoor flood lights on eaves of two story house with ease. We appreciated that he spent extra time to test and retest the lights and to position them to best suit our area. Highly recommend these Nexus Electrical

Scheduling with Nexus Electrical was easy and the process was explained well on my first call. They reached out to confirm the morning of the appointment to ensure they would have everything they would need and to gave me a better sense for when within the scheduled window they would arrive for the job. They were on time, professional, and they walked me through the options and costs prior to beginning the work. Every bit of the experience was great. I highly recommend Nexus Electrical

From the start, Nick came out to quote our generator replacement. He was personable and professional. The communication from the office regarding scheduling was fantastic. The installation team were excellent! Took such precaution when shutting our power off to ensure our sump pump remained functional. They were all so polite and trustworthy. All of the guys cleaned up and made sure everything was functional before they left. Can’t speak highly enough about them! Thank you to everyone who helped us sleep easier moving forward!!

Nick came to my home and reassured me about the safety of my house and how certain areas needed updating. He was very thorough and explained everything in a way that I was able to understand clearly. He sent me a quote based on several avenues we could take. He was extremely professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything was up front. Once we have decided what we will do we will choose Nexus Electrical for all of our electrical needs and I would recommend them to anyone. I am impressed in every way

Called Nexus Electrical to come install a main breaker and hookup a generator for my panel. They showed up and knew exactly what I needed. Gave me a great price and got the work done as requested! They were very responsive and had a great staff. I look forward to having them come back to my home for my future electrical needs! Wish I would have known about them before I remodeled my kitchen, would have used them instead of the other guys!
