This is the best and most professional electric company I’ve ever hired. I’m a perfectionist and couldn’t find anything that was not perfect.nnClint was the electrician that came out. He is the most caring, professional and nice person you could meet. He genuinely cares about his customers and cares/loves his job. Definitely recommend. This was my first time using this company, and I have already requested a couple of other estimates for some additional work I want to be done. My technician, Cody, was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, did an excellent job cleaning up the debris from the installation, which I did not expect him to do. Super glad I found an electrician who does a great job and is extremely reasonable in price.

Simple installation of two electric outlets to allow me to hang ceiling lighting fixtures. The electrician had good suggestions for installation and did the job quickly but it took a while for him to get the necessary supplies from his wholesaler. He also inspected my electric panel for any issues (none found). I was very pleased with his work.nnThe appointment had a 4 hour arrival window - not a fan of that long for any service but not unusual locally.

I contacted 2 electric service companies on Thursday. Milestone and Mr. Electric. I scheduled with Milestone to come out on Friday to install a ceiling fan. There was a service charge of $69 but I went ahead and scheduled since they could come the next day. I then saw the add for Mr. Electric and called. She also told me they could come Friday and she would waive the service call. No brainer. So I scheduled with Mr. Electric and canceled Milestone. My window of service was 12-5. I left work at 1:00 to meet them at my home even though they had not called yet. I decided to call their office just to confirm that I was on the schedule. She says yes I was just about to call you. I said great because I'm on my way home. She then says, no they are behind on other calls so they would have to cancel me and reschedule for Monday. I told her that was not acceptable and that I had canceled another company already to go with Mr. Electric. Didn't matter one bit to them. It was Monday or nothing. I have no respect for companies that pull stunts like this. I wouldn't give them my business now if they offered it for free. Anyone reading this, call Milestone.

Kirk Browder was very professional with a great personality,nWe had an emergency situation with the main power cable coming in. We called at 7:00 am Kirk and his partner were there by 8am and finished very quickly. They replaced the main cable along with a new 200 amp breaker also installed a 240 volt 50amp plug in the garage also a whole house surge protectornOn a new 50 amp breaker and replaced a faulty breaker they found. Extremely fast,nextremely good quality work and fair price.nThank y’all so much for super service
