Overall we had a blast bowling! For a Saturday evening we waited for an hour or so since we didn’t have reservations. We went to the bar for food, our server had an attitude and was rushing us because his shift was almost over. Besides that we had a excellent time

I took my kids to this location 3/20/21 to have a little fun. We do not normally go to main event but figured we would since it was close. The kids got their game cards worth 150.00. When they went to play games nothing was available, the place was overcrowded and they did not get to send anything on their card. I asked for a refund and they refused saying the cards are good for 10years!!!! I will never go back so all I wanted was my money and they said no, I asked if I needed to contact my bank and the manager told me I could try, then I asked for the number to cooperate and he first stated that he didn’t have it and I was sure that they did and told him I needed it and he had my son wait for it while he got it. This was a horrible experience and I will never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Bad service. First time here had a birthday party for my daughter. Had a party of 18. Party was suppose to start at 530pm food arrived late and incomplete took us about 1 hr to get a real manager to come help us. Manager of as some what helpful but not really. It took us for ever to get refills on drinks.I also noticed we were not the only party having this problem with staff Restrooms where really dirty. Overall my experience here was bad will not recommend this place for a birthday party

Good service when you guys get to us. But I’m sitting here watching 6 employees standing in one spot for 47 mins on a busy night. At least look busy... but thanks for your safety and service.
