Not the first time something was wrong, but the WORST time. Delivery was quick but the driver must have dropped it or something. The 2 large pizzas I ordered were both mashed to one side of the box. Giving it 2 stars for the fact that I know there's bad weather, accidents happen but don't drop it off and leave, let me know what happen and replace it. On top of that I called the store about 10 times no one answers. I drive to the store the guy that says he was the Manager said he would replace it but it would take about an hour and a half to make it. I said no I'll go somewhere else has says they no longer give refunds. So after I say no again he says he has to call his manager. Finally after 30 mins he finally gets the refund to go throw and said it would be 3-4 days before it would deposit back into my account. I love Pizza Hut but don't think I will do delivery if I ever go back.
Horrible experience at this location! How do you forget to put any sauce on cheese pizzas?! The crust is hard and pizza is burnt. My son said are we eating wood!? Customer service gave me the run around and transferred me to three other operators because the store would not answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER HERE! I should of read the reviews!
great staff! very friendly. they actually brought out food to us since we couldn't fit in drive through. thank you
literally ordered my pizza at 9:47 pm and apparently my purchase was reversed? i dont know why they couldnt make my order and they never called me to let me know. just let me sit and wonder for an hour. its 11:15 pm now. this pizza hut always has some kind of issue.
Manager and employees customer service was good but during a pandemic mask and gloves is 'EXTREMELY VITAL' preparing and handling food to protect themselves, their families and their customers as well.
