At the Special services pros Desk.!!!nnI Order a lumber package for my outdoornPavilion on 5-16-2017 on Tuesday morning.nnI Was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday The same week.nSo I called Friday afternoon asking about my lumbernand when it would be delivered.nThe lady I talked to stated.!!! They had not received my lumber package that I ordered to their store yet .nShe would call me back first thing Monday morning and let me know about my delivery. So I waited till 11:30 am Monday morning and called them back. After She never called me back as she promised.nSo I called back to Home Depot again today Monday 5-22-2017nShe said that it had not Been delivered to their Store yet and they would receive it sometime Monday or Tuesday of this week. Now it will be sometime Thursday or Friday of the following week.nSo please Home depot if you're running behind on deliveries or they have not been delivered to your store yet .(please have a customer service representative from your company call your paying customers ) call people and let them know the truth and then return your phone calls as you told me you would do..nI've always been pretty happy with Home Depot customer service.!!!! Not today though.!!!!nI would normally give them a five star review but as of today for this order you will get a 1 star review for not doing your job in customer Service or even follow ups as promised.nIt should have been done without me having to call .!!!!nAs a business owner of the garage door company. I would never do my customers this way.nYou should always offer 100% customer satisfaction and take that very serious.nHonesty and integrity go along way in my book.

Great location. Employees are usually available and very helpful at this location. Also rarely have problems with items being in stock.

The window and door department personnel are wonderful! I had to special order a door and they helped locate the correct style door, and coordinated having it install. The entire experience was very simple. Great store!

It's a shame whenever you can't get checked out into a multimillion-dollar company because they don't want to put anybody there to check you out and want you to check yourself out and work for them We already pay for the product why should we pay their salary
