So much fun especially The Atomic Wedgie my stomach is still in my chest. The blue ,yellow, and purple slides are really fun too. I would go again

We really do enjoy this place.nFriendly staff and nearly always cleaned up. Great management, it reflects on the park.nOnly complaint is the high food prices and no discount on food for being a season pass holder, but we just get the season cooler pass and bring our own food.

It’s so much fun and great way to cool off, when the water is cool. We’ve gone a couple of times, we have season passes, and the water is very cloudy, nasty, and too hot. The staff can be very rude and all of them surround you to check your bags as soon as you walk up. When we bought season passes from Hawaiian Falls we were given a booklet of “one time coupons” to use. We pay the same price to get it from Splash Dayz and you don’t get a booklet. This place was ran better by Hawaiian Falls but hey, at least we have a water park near by.

First time there we went for a birthday party. It was fun and not very busy at all. We got to ride everything as many times as we wanted or could. Everything was nice and clean, no long lines at all. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Two of the slides the ones where you start in a tube and the bottom drips out had a few problems at first but finally fixed and test ran it with employees several times before allowing us back on and it went smoothly after. They also apologized for the inconvenience and stated they had a mechanic look at it as well before testing it with willing employees. Which was a nice touch to ensure the situation. We had a great time and would go again. It was nice that it wasn’t overly busy as well. I would definitely recommend trying this place out or even giving it another shot.

You would think the person at the ticket booth would serve the best customer service because they’re your first impression walking into the water park, but nope. Raquel was awfully rude. Not only when entering but when exiting as well when we returned our locker key. Other than that the water park was fun and my kids enjoyed it but Hurricane Harbor it is next time.
