Im updating my review just because This place has definitely gotten so much better! I haven’t had an issue with them in such a long time! Tonight I had really great customer service from the delivery driver very very friendly and courteous! Brandon you’re awesome thank you so much for our food!
Domino's is one of my favorite pizza places to eat. I love their cheesy jalapeno bread and their meat lovers pizza. I also love their new kind of pizza & it's the Cheeseburger & chicken taco. We changed the chicken to beef and it was really good. My fiance doesn't care for chicken so we substituted it. The Customer Service was great & they were very quick to get our order out. Will definitely recommend them and will go back for more.
This is the worst Domino’s location. They never answer the phone. i’ve been on hold before for longer than 30 minutes. Tonight they are hanging up instead of taking my order. They get my order right about half the time, if I ever get my food. Whoever is a manager here should be ashamed. Just pitiful. Good luck if you dare to attempt to call in your order.
This Dominoes always gets our orders right! They not only have respectable delivery drivers but they are very professional and thoughtful. Ryan did “the right thing” when he realized that we had possibly ordered the wrong size sodas therefore he brought a back up of the correct size just in case and he was right! We accidentally ordered 20oz sodas but wanted the 2-Liters and he automatically traded them out. What a great experience and we were so thankful for his initiative and thoughtfulness! Hello all. I am not sure of the young lady's name, who appears to be either the mgr or asst mgr, but I would like to say that she is a perfect employee! She is the one with super long, brown hair. She is kind and was extremely helpful in getting me my pizza that I ordered in store last evening. Again, I don't know her name, but she is awesome, the pizza was great and the service was fast, and made for a very good meal for me and my wife. I highly reccomend Domino's/Forest Hill, TX.
