The jalapeño sausage, chicken and turkey are pretty good but the brisket and pulled pork are nothing but fat. The only reason I go is because it's literally right across the street.

We ordered online, missing half the order when it arrived. Tried to call and they have no managers according to the girl that answered the phone. They also never got my order and can't fixanything on an order the dont have. The worst customer service.

I wont order from the Dickies in Kennedale ever again. I used Doordash twice from here for delivery. Both times the food items were wrong and the meat was disgusting. The Dickies in Arlington is top notch. Dont know why the Dickies in Kennedale is horrible. Dont order from this location in Kennedale you will regret it.

I don’t know why I keep thinking the food here will be better. Maybe because I know other locations are good, this one is closer to home. This is the 6th time I have stopped in usually get the chopped beef and some side. As usual it was full of fat no flavor, no burnt ends visible, honestly I’m not even sure it was brisket. About half way through the $14 lunch I gave up and threw it away. The sauce served in a small cup with lid tasted like it had been in there quite a while, definitely not fresh. I had waffle fries, no seasoning way way undercooked you could smell the fry oil, no question it has not been changed in quite some time. I will never go here again, will travel across town to broad and 360 where I know I will get a solid sammich.

Ordered thru DoorDash showed up at 7:00 dickeys was closed couldnt get a refund horrible service
