Have been coming here since they opened and never had a problem until today. After working 12 hours at work I decided to stop in on the way home and get a smoothie. I got in line at 7:25, didn't get to the speaker until 7:58 and they come on and say they can't take my order because it is 8 o'clock and they are now closed. Very unhappy with this! I would understand if I had just pulled up but after sitting in line for 30 minutes I think they could have made a 2 minute smoothie

This Smoothie king location is very inconsistent. I keep supporting this location but regretfully the smoothies don't taste anything like what I'm use too. I have been supporting smoothie king for over 20 years, it all started when I lived in bardstown rd. That location. Treated me well and has always been in point. Hopefully the Dixie location gets a upliftment with employees who take pride in the name and product that smoothie king has offered myself and friends for years.

I'm so grateful to have a Smoothie King on this side of town. The workers are nice and do their best. I highly recommend the Almond Mocha and the Hulk Vanilla. Five stars for taste, costumer service etc. BUT I have to give 3 stars for the simple fact that whomever did the design for the location should be lobotomized. Traffic is terrible getting in and especially out. Like why on Earth would you only have one exit that serves as an entrance too?! 0/5 stars for accessibility. Also please update the times on Google maps.

Employees over mixed my order so instead of throwing out the left over they made an extra shake with it and have it to me as an extra. The staff were very nice and we're working hard to get orders out. I'm pretty sure this is a new location so they are likely still learning the mixes. Thank you to all the staff I wish I would have tipped more.
