Horton Electrical Service company is excellent. They've helped us out more than once with many repairs and renovations to our house. Three years ago, they installed a charger for our electric car. John is really efficient and also very personable. He was really helpful with our renovation project in the basement with adding dimmers to our new lights, and text to make sure that the rest of the house was up to code, electrically. Have used Horton Electrical Service several times now and have been satisfied. This latest time was amaizing experience. Had one company tell me I needed a total rewire on a detached garage with very little investigation. In the end it was a total fraud job or total incompetence and he bragged about being a master electrician. With 15 minutes of investigation, John and his staff found an safe alternative that saved me big .

Overall my experience with yesterday’s technician visit was good. Even though our original appointment time could not be achieved, I received multiple calls keeping me informed and we were ultimately successful. I appreciated the call giving me the technicians name prior to his arrival. The technician was professional and helpful in coming up with a final project design. I agreed to have them do the work and look forward to working with Horton Electrical Service.

I cannot say enough about how amazing John was at helping us solve the issue in our home. He was extremely kind, professional, and knew what he was doing. Our air conditioning had been out in our home for several days due to an electrical issue and he was able to find the problem and fix it. Thank you John, you are awesome. They also have excellent customer service. I will definitely be calling Powers Horton Electrical Service for our electrical needs in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I am so impressed I chose Horton Electrical Service to install my recessed lighting! In addition to affordable rates, Electrician and his partner not only showed up on time, they were a few minutes early and they called to let me know they would be. They were professional and polite, they didn't try to sell me things I don't need and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Horton Electrical Service company!
