We have never really had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut. We usually order delivery, and our orders are almost always correct, delivered quickly hot & fresh. Also, I really want to commend whomever has been working the ovens and preparing pizzas for the past few months!!! You guys are doing a BOMB job, so please keep up the great work! Every single pizza that my family has purchased recently has been cooked to perfection! Delivery drivers are always courteous, employees in-store are always nice and always try to give us the best deals (though the call center could really use some improvement). Recently started ordering online, and like that much better than calling. We love our local Pizza Hut!!!
Once, I ordered a pan pizza, it was so cheesy and just the right amount of sauce..I'm pregnant and definitely appreciated the balance...but then I attempted to duplicate that order several times after to be disappointed.nPlease ease up on the heavy sauce hand!!! It'll not only save you money on sauce but keep your customers happy. Too much sauce makes it a soupy mess. The people there are nice and the delivery drivers are so hardworking , but whoever is making these pizzas needs to be retrained on sauce portions.
