Ken was great in the beginning. They did not put the correct roof on our house that the insurance paid for and we would have never known if my husband didn't notice it. We ended up getting a credit for that. Communication isn't great but he fixed the things that got screwed up.

Installation process was great! Immediate response, all questions answered. Fast forward three years and we discover a leak with a vent they installed. Spent several days trying to call and got no answer, then felt like I was getting hung up on. I finally called from a different number and got an answer. The person asked me to text my name and address as a pen was not readily available. I was assured I would be scheduled. Two weeks later I text again asking if they were still in business. I received a text back and was told he was meeting with the roofer tomorrow and would get someone out to my house the next day, but he would text me that evening to confirm. Sadly no confirmation. Sent my last message today requesting one last time to be put on the schedule. Still waiting to hear back. Very disappointing in the customer service response.
