This place is amazing. WiFi works amazing. Staff are very attentive as soon as you walk up to the counter. We come here a lot and one of the only places we go to since the pandemic. I’m surprised at some of the reviews such as steep pricing, considering the amount it take to staff such a huge place and continuously clean it and run it I would not say it is steep , and complaints about not wearing mask remember if you can social distance you can remove your mask. This location also has a huge area in the back with sofa and chairs so when I’m ready for a break and let the kids run I can relax.
As team parent for a very active group of 8/9 year old boys football team, our team play date was more than a success. Our hostess Miah was excellent and made sure we were taken care of from every angle. From my initial booking via phone (the young man I spoke with was very polite and accommodating), to the follow up calls to confirm through the party end EVERYTHING was great.
My wife and I are huge fans of this place! We have two boys that have the best time here. The customer service is great, the facility is nice an clean and it's very affordable.
