We purchased some furniture from a local retailer that refers paint touch up and custom finishing to Fantastic Faux, The owner, Brita, was very quick to come out initially, but apparently has no desire to do any follow up. The paint colors looked OK when they were wet, but turned out very different once they dried. They do not look good at all. We have left several messages with her since then, but no luck. Oh well, so much for trying to please the customer. It looks like we’ll have to do it ourselves or spend another ($200-$300) to get it right. Unless you don’t care about customer service at all, beware of Fantastic Faux and do yourselves a great favor -- use your own people!!!
