The pharmacy customer service here is absolutely horrific. Every time I call in regards to my prescription I am constantly greeted with a hostile tone. The technician and staff here have no customer service and they are completely rude. They are eager to cut you off the phone. They are too lazy to take a look at the cost for your prescription and they cannot take the time to make sure you’re insurance is up to date. Even in person I am also experiencing terrible service. I had the store manager call me and he was not apologetic. There was no communication in regards to how he will handle this and what he will do to remedy this situation. Please read the other negative reviews about the pharmacy because they are very true.nnI do hope corporate does read these and implement better customer service.

The pharmacy was open and the lady back there had to ring us up because we were buying an item that required a staff member to assist us even at the self-check out. We waited for 10 minutes looking around and even the pharmacist called twice for whoever was supposed to be helping us at the front. Eventually, we needed to get assistance so that’s why we ended up buying our products at the pharmacy. Yes, it was 11:50-12am but this CVS is 24 hours. I’d like to see proper staff assistance even at these hours in order to prevent this again from happening to someone else. I give 2 stars solely for the friendly pharmacist who helped us out.

Melissa in the Pharmacy is my HERO! I have used CVS for years and this past year my kids insurance was causing issues when processing prescriptions. She took the time to adjust the information in their system and fixed the problem. So incredibly grateful for her professionalism and assistance. Such an asset to CVS.

Well I was just pharmacy. They have signs say mask required. Witch in my opinion is good thing. But they in not wearing mask and nothing was said about . I thought it's company policy

Why do the cashier's look so roboticnNo facial expressions or positive body language whatsoever.nThey just stand there and wait for u to check out and give the receipt. Such an uncomfortable place to shop when all the employees just want to be left alone .
