Slow and always changing their hours. No method to the madness... but I like the food on occasion.

It started with the app not working and telling them that none of what I ordered is available for sale. The MGR did everything she could as well as reached out to another MGR. I finally had to place a manually order and waited for patiently for my order with no one behind me or in front of me. LG fries w/no salt, bacon quarter pounder w/cheese w/no onions or ketchup due to allergies, an apple pie, pumpkin pie and a large drink. I pulled up to the pickup window thinking I would be waiting longer since I was told I would get fresh fries. I left and went home which is only 5 minutes away. There was salt on the fries and they were not fresh, ketchup and onions were all over the burger and neither of the pies were in the bag. I am allergic to ketchup. The only thing that was right was my soda. I tried to call over 7 times and the phone rang off the hook until it hung up on me or asked for a code. It would be different if they were slammed but they weren't.nUpdate: I reached an MGR today and they are correcting my order.

McDonald's is not nothing like it used to be people very rude their the food is not very good anymore the prices went way up to high and when you ask for something is always machine broke or Out of that Are we don't make that no more The food is not like it used to be it doesn't taste as well it used to be You're to be the favorite place I used to love to go but not no more

I wish I could give them negative stars. Got 2 Big Mac meals and got home to find that they put sausage on them instead of hamburgers! Been calling for 2 hours to let them know and of course NO ANSWER! I guess they don't want to handle any complaints!
