Came here for the holiday advance I told the Guy WALTER that I had another job that I was waiting on. He did not listen to nothing I said I had no knowledge of my taxes being filed, which I don't see how you can file people taxes with them even signatures... Now they telling me I have to go back to him to file my state... Dude will never get my business EVER AGAIN.... RUN

Its a scam. He switches your bank info so that your refund will goto his account.and lies about the holiday advance . Now im getting less than what i was told. Stealing peoples money .

Service was horrible did our taxes without our w2 had to wait until May just to get something.. when our return finally came back Walter was not there to give it to us had to call the bank and have them mail it to us. We got back less than what we were quoted. Total rip off will never use them again and plan on suing them for our fees and the rest of what he owes us!!
