Can't begin to tell you the experience I've had working with Vickie and her team. She managed my complicated tax issues running a business overseas.nnThe process wasn't nearly as bad as I thought, moreover her expertise in business taxation is the what makes her a dynamic CPA. She comes highly recommended.

They have helped me for years. Personal and business taxes. Plus so much more. Highly recommend.

If you want to get your taxes or any other financial service done, DO NOT go to this place! Go elsewhere where they have insurance to cover THEIR mistakes. Katherine Bartlett was my tax preparer since 2017 until 2018. It was not until June 2018 when the IRS sent me a notice regarding my 2016 Tax Return. I owe close to 1500 because of a problem with education credits. You expect when going to a place that is well advertised and charges a lot to do your taxes that you will leave and be confident that your services was attended to accurately, knowledgably and professionally. My case, it was not. I tried fixing her mistake on my own. The IRS got back to me 3 months later and denied my documentation. I then proceeded to call their office for almost 3 weeks. Her Boss, Victoria Quibell finally got back to me and told me to send my documentation in. She then got back to me and I heard Katherine in the background telling her what to tell me on the phone. That itself is unprofessional. I went on and tried to send in what she told Victoria to tell me. I just got a final certified letter from the IRS regarding this and now I have till June 10th to respond and/or pay. But I filed my taxes elsewhere and they consulted me on this matter, I now am facing my tax return being held and have to pay the difference. Katherine knows I work at UPS and am in the metro college program. If she was knowledgeable on her work, she would have known that I do not apply to the education tax credit and not file the form in my taxes. She also filed it for the 2017 tax year, so I can expect to possibly pay even more.nnI strongly suggest going elsewhere! They refuse to help me in any way for her screw up and after I consult my attorney, I will be prepared to take legal action. She also messed up my grandmothers and cousins last year. GO ELSEWHERE!
