This location absolutely sucks. You can never get a delivery order on time. I have given them so many chances, trying to be understanding. Never again.
I placed my delivery order on line at approximately 7:25 PM. Order did not arrive until 9:07. Almost TWO HOURS. Of course the food was cold. The pizza was undercooked, very doughy in the center of pie. Chicken wings were cold as was the sub sandwich cold and tough. I called the local Domino’s concerning late delivery, was told “well everyone else had to wait too”. Apparently the driver was handed three deliveries at once. Unsatisfactory service and food quality, lack of caring towards customer at all. I spent $36 for a bad experience. To say the least I am dissatisfied! Follow up will be greatly appreciated.
No guarantee time on pizza being delivered I understand that, but pizza tracker showed it sitting in store for 40 minutes after being inspected before even being taken for delivery. Tried for 20 minutes to get them to answer the phone and never did. Of course I had prepaid and tipped ahead of time. Was delivered Luke warm at best! Feel bad I griped at delivery person, but people responsible won’t answer phone!
Waited an hour and a half for a delivery order, called the store and was told that I would have to wait another hour for my delivery. Went to pick it up myself, found the front door locked and no one would let me in. When the CUSTOMER inside the store saw me, they came and let me inside the store to pick up my order. When I got it, my food was already cold like it had just been sat out and forgotten
The pizza here is great and so are the different kinds of bread twist, however their pasta is often dry and burnt especially on the outer edges.
