I had heard that they were under new management and decided to give them another shot. It was a complete 180 from the last time when I vowed I would never be back. The new staff is friendly and helpful. The store is welcoming, clean, and bright. They even have new menu items. Looking forward to adding them into my lunch rotation!
Better owners. Better employees. Place is running a lot better than it was. Definitely recommend coming back out here and giving these guys another chance!
Several months back they didn't deliver my food or refund my money. Got an email telling me they we under new management so I'm giving them another chanch BUT I'm going inside! More stars may be added. They saidnsomeone from head office would be in touch hopefully to offer a free meal or discount...in the meantime I'm going in.
Great food service was good think they were understaffed. Didn't have the turkey ordered but replaced it with chicken and like I said great food
Tonight was just a trial run for the opening first day tomorrow. New owners. They weren't really prepared for business but they made it happen for me and my family. Now that is dedication !! This Dickeys barbecue is in burleson
