Called in to order a Pizza, and was unsure if they had anything to suit my diet and Sarah Promptly grabbed Manager Jacob who informed me that Dominoes offers fantastic Gluten Free Options. Ordered and Sarah delivered it fast, accurately and in less than 15 minutes. The Phenomenal Customer Experience.
Poorly run business. Pizza is cooked right away and sits there for 30 minutes before a driver delivers it. The first time it happened I thought that maybe it was a bad day for them. Then I ordered again and nothing changed. Tracker showed that the pizza was delivered before it was
Manager Jessica was very unprofessional and rude. My tracking said it should have already been at my house and told me it was going to be at least thirty minutes and “it is what it is.” This should never be a manager’s response to a customer if they intend to have return customers and keep their job. She refused to give the name of the name of the district manager and said I could complain online. Absolutely disgusted with the way this was handled. Hopefully she gets some management training.
Pretty disappointed that us in rural areas can't eat their pizza. I guess we can get bent. At least Pizza Hut knows how to actually serve the community I guess, even though their pizza isn't as good.
Thank you Domino's Pizza in Burleson (John Jones). My pizza nights have been great. My pizzas have been prepared accordingly and delivered to me at the time promised.
