My Favorite Is Thin Crust Supreme And Add Jalepenos. It was just what the Dr. Ordered. It couldn't have been better unless I could Get One In Jasper Texas! Help Domino's!

First, the phone didn't work. I tried 75 times. No exaggeration. I tried to place an order on their app. Was given error messages. So I decided to place the order in person. Lobby was closed. I went to the drive-thru. They couldn't take an order in the drive through. I tried to place an order on the app again. I showed the drive-through employees that the app wasn't working. They still would not take my order. I wasn't going to wait in the Drive-Thru until the order was done. I just wanted to place the order and then park. I would go back through when my order was completed. They just refused my service.nEdit: The manager has since called and explain that what happened was not policy and that the person responsible would be talked to. I have since ordered from this location again. I did not have any issues with my latest order. My rating has changed to reflect this. Up from one star to four.

Every time I order online at this location, I'm always waiting for over a hour for the pizza to be delivered and over 75% of the time it is warmer or cool and not hot like it should be. The next city over dominos is alway fair on time and fresh out of the oven. Unbelievable that I continue to order from this location. Also have screenshots of time ordered and current time.

My order had like 6 different boxes and I wasn't given a bag to put them in just a bunch of different size boxes, not cool.
