Absolutely terrible pharmaceutical service. Never answers the phone, and rude staff.
Terrible customer service, don't even know how to take care of customers. Scheduled an appointment and canceled it without been notified. Rude staff.
Cashier does not wear face mask and is stocking products
This store is horrible cant drop a package off even though its a ups drop off spot needed a piece of tape the guy told me i had to buy tape if i need a piece
The worst experience, They don't answer the phone put you on hold and forget about you, The only reason I deal with CVS is because my insurance provider prefers them but I will let my insurance know on they're poor choice of preference in the pharmacy they chose CVS, As am writing this I have been on hold for 26 minutes for the second time. Hope someone who cares can see this and do something about it.
