BBB Complaint 15327276 - Long story short they came out on Tuesday to pump septic and said it didn't need to be pumped. After backing up again on Saturday they said it needs to be pumped but can't come back for another 72 hours to pump. Found someone else to pump it same day.

We had a bad capacitor on our AC unit diagnosed the day before by another technician. Bobby did his usual excellent job all served with a very pleasant disposition and friendly manner.
