I had been trying to get a new rope installed on my 20' flag pole for months after the original rope came down. No one could safely get that high up.nnI happened to see a Southern Signs truck while I was driving down 377.nnI contacted the office and the lady in the office was very helpful and scheduled someone to come and install the new rope. The man that came out was very nice and had my new rope installed in just a matter or minutes.
