I have been waiting a hour for my pizza to be delivered the tracker says 30 min. Should reach your home been an hour still no pizza try to get in contact with store and no answer it's crazy how I only live 2 blocks away and it's taking them forever I ordered delivery for the convenience of not having to put my kids in the car for carry out Pizza. Not the first time it's happened poor service , sending my wife in to get a refund and cancel my order take my money and service somewhere else would not recommend anyone to order here trying are local domino's instead ud83eudd37

I love Pizza Hut❤ in Elsa they always make my favorite Pasta Cavartine with mozzarella cheese just the way i love it. I know these past few weeks they have been very busy working very hard to keep all of customers like me Happy even though my pizza was some what cold, but i want to give them credit for trying their best to keep everyone Happy during all this Quarantine. You guys keep your heads up. Your Doing your Best!ud83dude09❤

Always a regular here, have been for years now. Elsa is a small town, that being said expect to see familiar faces. Usually get settled in immediately and has decent waiters/waitresses. My only complaint is the staff is seriously undermanned. I get the need to maximize profit for a small location but that sometimes leads to long wait times and less attention for smaller groups. Side note..the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner too. Still a great place to get a bite to eat though.

Well, im not giving them no stars you don't deserve not even half .Horrible service! I ordered on the app waited an hour and no delivery. Called the Elsa location and like always ring ring ring and no answer.. So I placed the order again paid, and had my front door open to wait for the pizza since the app said out for delivery. Here I am waiting, keep in mind I have a buisness and flags up and have gravel trucks coming in and out the location. When I call the Elsa location I finally get a hold of someone. Eric Contreras so he said, tells me the canceled my order that the driver said no one answered which I know is a lie. Im sitting with the front door open facing the street. That he had called my phone and it wasnt working which again is a lie because its a business line. I have my assistant to witness no one came and they did not call!! So very unprofessional of you Pizza Hut! Especially Mr Contreras saying your driver came, while I have been at my office since 11am waiting!!

everything was great! Loved the meal deals with two medium pan pizzas, wings, bread sticks and for a little bit more we changed the breadsticks to cheesesticks..the best! dine in customer service was a little slow for refills just one employee to attend inside and outside. Other than that everything was great.
