A bit harder to move larger trucks in and out. Tightly kept with security, just cramped.

1.tThe day I assigned the unit from this facility was in a rush near their closing time. I saw a camera right on top of my unit which was not at a good spot but it was no light on seemed not working when the manager Laura Jensen showed me that unit to me. I mentioned to her yet she said nothing about it but told me that there big cars blocked our way front at turning area tours to the exit, she said only back up our U-Haul would work. After we unload our stuff in the unit and tried to reverse the truck, unluckily the top of truck touched that camera lightly but it detached from that base, since no one in the leasing office so second morning we were back there to take care the issue, another young lady worker was there she told us that camera doesn't work anymore for long time after I honestly explained everything what happened to her, she showed us from their monitor screen and said we don’t have to pay for it and we can leave… Yet few days later I went back to my unit trying to get something needed in timeline, yet my door lock was changed. I went into office, the manager Laura was there she gave me $350 invoice told me I have to pay that camera damage before I can access to my unit, and she will fire that young lady worker too. since I didn't keep the evidence of that young lady worker showed me their non-working camera, I didn't argue with it just paid the $350 in order to get my things out without delay my major things would cost me lose more. After that day I never saw that girl again.n2.tLater soon I found out the bottom of my unit door has no protection a big gap there, so the rain, big leaves and other dust got into my unit it messy and wet. So I reported this to that manager Laura. She told me to give my key to her so she can ask for repair. Yet it took 2 month after my report it never fixed but I don't have extra key to access into my unit. I had been stopped by to the office few times, emailed her again and again, she still never took care of the issue I reported, other new worker she hired their told me that their many other tenant unit issue report was piled there long time didn't fix too. Plus since the current Convid-19 damage, I saw all other storage company had been big discounted their price, so I asked this manager please give me some discount to help with the situation but this manager never cared my request but still charged me $118 per month for my 10'x15' unit. Then ofc now I moved out to somewhere else where gave me great deal and took great care of me as the customer right to deserve there. This is the worst experience worst place worst business management ever I had dealing with.
