I've rented many storage facilities throughout my life, and this is one of the best that I've come across so far. The climate control storages are very cool. You're extremely hot and sweat a lot when you're moving your stuff at most climate control facilities, but not here. When I say it's cool, it's cool! Good location.nnOn top of that, they have several pushcarts to aid you when you're transporting your items. I love the hours as well; accommodates those that are working by opening earlier and closing later than your average facility.nnAlso, they have gr8 security! You must have a code to go up the elevators. If you have a family member or someone else going to your storage, you can assign them a code. It keeps track of all your codes that are being used. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Ladies upfront have no clue what they are doing. Very irritating!!
I can never find carts to haul furniture on. Huge pain to not have a cart. When I do find one the wheels are always almost broken.
Great customer service and an exceptionally clean location
I literally was locked inside the gates of this facility today !! I have NEVER seen a storage facility that requires a code to exit !! NEVER & I’ve rented several over the years . My family had a driver some to ship an item located in the storage unit , apparently I was given the wrong code or maybe it was deactivated, who knows . My phone dies, I retrieve the item and when pressing the code to exit , says denied . THE FACILITY IS CLOSED & there is NO EMERGENCY EXIT OR A WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE . , this is definitely a safety concern to say the least . I literally had to wait until people were finished loading into their unit and follow them out ..
