Great storage facility! Fair price and always clean and well air conditioned. Aimee and Doris were always helpful and friendly whenever I had changes to the account through the transition of storing my parent's belongings. I need to use a storage facility in the future --- I will be a customer again. Thanks.
Great clean facility and great service from Doris and Aimee. Units were designed to make it easy to move items from your vehicle to the storage units. Doris and Aimee are always there to help you regarding service alternatives and entry access when needed. Have used many different places over the years but this one has been the best.
Love this place. Customer service is always great. Management, and staff are always friendly and helpful and the store front has your packaging needs taken care of. I have rented here for the past three years and have never once had an issue or concerns about security.
Storage West is absolutely amazing. The manager Aimee is so accommodating and has helped me with every aspect of my relocation. She has bent over backwards to make sure my transition was successful.
