Joshua S. Is my hero! I recently moved and needed my vehicle towed to my new location and Joshua handled my vehicle perfectly. I was REALLY impressed with his care and professionalism. Towing your car is never fun, but the professionals at Westway made it very easy and they were beyond kind. The dispatcher, Amber, was very helpful and gave me the rate upfront. She also sent the info to the driver before we had finished our call, which helped with the wait. The driver, Charlie,called me within a few minutes and was headed my way. I believe I waited roughly 20 minutes total,which is amazing. He made sure to inform me of everything I needed to know and he stopped to ask if I needed anything from the car before he left. I was alittle bit stressed and he was very kind and helpful. He also asked if I needed a ride or had a way home and told me he was sorry I was starting my day with a tow. It was so nice to have professional service all the way around, and they were super fast and kind, which is icing on the cake.
Best towing experience, hands down. I called in about my battery which has died twice in the last 24-hrs. Brandon arrived in less than 20 minutes of my service request and immediately knew what was going on, took the time to explain why and how it happens, and the likely reasons our portable jumper didn’t work. He was polite, courteous, efficient and had my truck at the mechanics in no time. Should I ever need another tow, I’m calling Westway.
Great service on the phone and upfront with the fees. Josh the driver was courteous and did a great job towing my box truck.
When I called they were super courteous and the driver Joe was super nice to me. Very prompt and straight forward and the lowest price I’ve seen for towing.
