Great park with lots of open space, a big playground and covered pavilions with benches and tables.
Nice little out of the way park that usually has room for the kids to roam.
Good, clean, safe park for families. Well kept. Bring picnic lunch. No grills, BBQ pits which is okay. No chance of fires.
Nice clean open playground!
I love how shaded this park is, so many parks around the area have the sun just piercing down on you but the VFW park is an already established park with tons of big tree’s. A covered pavilion with picnic style tables are great for an afternoon lunch in the park, there’s enough tables and space for even a classroom of little ones. As you can see in the pictures my daughter loves to ride her bike on the paved trail around the playground. Definitely one of our favorite spots to hang out.
