Drive through took 30 minutes when it wasn’t that busy, out of all yogurt and ice cream, extremely rude employees, I sat at the drive through order speaker for ten minutes and eventually had to say hello for someone to talk to me. Couldn’t get out because someone was in front of and ahead of me. Trash smoothie king. Go to another location
I ordered the Caribbean Way and it was so good. Apart from the delicious drink the customer service is excellent, from the moment you enter you are greeted with a friendly smile. I’ve been to the other location at Fry and I-10 and it’s not the same at all. That location lacks professionalism. Best service given at this location! Will for sure come back!
This is my favorite smoothie king location ! I went on the 3rd of February around per se late in the evening , and it was very fast and delightful service , it looked as if there was only 2 girls there at the time , and I received a quite scrumptious smoothie pretty fast considering how incredibly busy it was. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to all my family and friends , as you should too !
Delicious smoothies but I wish the drive thru moved a little faster
I went today around 4pm and got a Activator. My drink was not blended all the way and there was chunks of ice and protein. Customer service was not great either... I know y’all are just doing your jobs but the blonde girl working was not at all nice. She may have been having a bad day, so it’s okay. Do better.
