We always meet some pretty cool people and dogs when we go here. I would have to say that its my favorite Houston dog park, despite it being smaller than most. Theres still enough room for dogs to run and play. Separate areas for small and large dogs, each with their own wading pond so pups can cool off on a hot day. My dog loves it and i like that they stay open later than most dog parks. That is why i give 5 stars!!

I love this bark park. It's huge! Plenty of run and fetch space. There's a Nice water hole dogs love to dive into. Covered seating for pet owners. A seperate area for small dogs. A pet water station. Plenty of doggy bags at location. Dog wash-off area. A diverse group of pet owners present. I also saw 3-legged pets, blind pets, and ALL types of breeds playing well. I even ran into an old friend! Just ensure if your dog enjoys water you bring seat covers for your car, towels, and wear clothes (and shoes) you don't mind getting wet and/or muddy. My pet slept for the rest of day after leaving here.

I loved this park until the point that my babies paws were cracked, and peeling. The pebbles used at this park have cut through the outer layer of my babies paws. I only being them here once a week so I cannot believe the damage that has been done to their paws!

Good idea. Water is treated etc. Sadly, dog owners don't clean up after their dogs, and some dogs aren't vaccinated. I've learned to just not trust other dog owners anymore. Too many pets get sick after playing at dog parks.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR. Stopped by late morning on my way to work during a mellow time since this was the 1st experience for my pup at a dog park. All of 20 minutes later, parked right at the entrance, my car window was smashed, work bag(MacBook, iPad, wallet, etc.) gone, and the worst part was trying to keep my pup safe from the shattered glass everywhere in my vehicle. There are definitely people round the clock stalking and scanning cars in the parking lot. There is no “safe” time of day so stay mindful if you choose this park. I’m crushed that our very first park experience ended on such a devastating note so, to anyone reading, learn from my mistake!
